Up for auction on Ebay : Scunthorpe United 1988 Match Worn Football Shirt Flounders
The seller added the following : Scunthorpe United Match Worn Andy Flounders Shirt 1988 + Programme. The shirt was worn in a game against a football league X1 to commemorate the opening of the new Glanford Park Stadium. The Following is embroidered on the shirt "Glanford park inaugural match august 1988 v football league" (you could not buy this in the shops) The football league X1 included Peter Shilton, peter Reid, Mike Phelan, Danny Wilson, Trevor Francis plus others. Andy Flounders scored 87 goals for Scunthorpe making him their third leading goal scorer. The programme is from this game. The shirt is 42"- 44" Shirt is excellent condition as only worn in 1 game. He wore number 15 for this game. I got this shirt directly from Andy flounders.
