Always liked the Scottish team and it\'s about time they got a quality supplier, just hope adidas design a good unique shirt.

it\'s good that scotland are getting a widely known brand like adidas (plus if they use the money they\'re getting wisely, all\'s good - development of scottish football perhaps?)

that said, i do not see adidas making them a unique kit - not even russia did.
i personally see them getting a template shirt which could be customised (to reflect scottish culture?) like the russian home kit (which has those really cool birds on the front).

i would\'ve liked umbro to do their \'england\' style kit, that would be interesting imo

That seems a bit weird us having adidas... but it\'s a kit maker I like as long as we don\'t have the poncy Wolfsburg/Boro style template.

I like the current kit and hope we go for the same (classic) colouring; that\'d look mint with adidas.

Then all we need to do is ditch Burley, most of the SFA and get back to being a top 15 team like we were last year.

Trust me if there paying 5 million a year for us i reckon the will go to the lengths of designing an individual kit for us, its not as if plymouth argyle for 5 million a year from it.

To me kits, hmm It doesnt really matter it\'s just the fooball that\'s important but Adidas supply great great kits and I am glad, AND looking forward to seeing the Scots with Dark Blue and 3 stripes on their arms.

It would be better if it was Umbro as they would have kept the shirt nice and simple similar to England and Man City. I fear that Adidas may over complicate the design. The Adidas styles from the 70\'s and early 80\'s would have been perfect. The Adidas style now, I doubt it.

I feel sorry for the Scots, I really do. Despite all the barely literate sectarian obscenities you find in these forums, they are a truly great football nation.

No fans in the whole world are more passionate. I honestly think that. And, as a Leeds supporter, I know just how good the best Scots players can be. I remember Franz Beckenbauer once saying it was a \'privilege to be on the same pitch\' as Eddie Gray, and commendations don\'t come much higher than that.

But where are those players now? Why did the production line stop? Where is the new Archie Gemmill, Jimmy Johnstone, Billy Bremner, Jim Baxter, Gary McAllister and a hundred others? Sure, there are the one or two that you would expect, just as you would expect one or two from Finland or Slovenia now and then, but where\'s the depth?

This qualifying group was about as easy as Scotland could have got in their circumstances (ie, not having previously qualified). Norway are not that great. The future is not that bright. And it\'s a shame. Apart from anything else, the Tartan Army with their kilts and pipes enhance any world cup.

And who bloody cares what kit they wear?

It\'ll be good to see scotland with a descent kit (hopefully) but it\'s the team that counts not the kit but hopefully the kit doesn\'t look like Dundee Utds new one

Can only hope for a smart looking top, I\'m sure most people would be willing to pay for it, compared to the current design. Which isn\'t too bad. But Diadora kits do have a hint of \"diddy\" team about them.

I have always liked Adidas kits, I hope they do the country proud and I genuinely hope that your fortunes improve on the International stage.

But im happy last our national team has got a decent kit supplier, however i wont be very happy if we get crapply represented by adidas, like using the rubbish templates by the likes of the israelian national team, Plymouth or ross county. i want to see something unique for our national team, such as the mexican national team, Newcastle and AC milan. That would be awsome

Did Real Madrid not have an away strip that was ultra cool a couple of seasons ago with navy and gold stripes?
Navy and gold top would look magic, white shorts and red socks (God knows what colour of stripes though!)

I understand the new England strip out next year will feature the newly designed FA crest of a Star and Crescent and the shirt will feature the Al Murad wallpaper store logo on the chest, sounds great and very typically Ingerlish.

Also, the design should be Navy top (with the '70s style badge), white shorts and navy socks. Scotland world cup winners 2014: =

I would also suggest if the deal is £5million per annum. then Scotland will get some creative input., with an original design.

If they go the same way as the current England and Man City kits, only with Adidas on their shirts then I think that would be ideal.

Thing is, if they do, then you'll only hear screams from the burberry wearing neds who think that their 7 year old son could draw better than that. Or it's not got a shiny pocket for ma buckfast....
