I live in the States and want to purchase the new Pompey away jersey (yes, the one that most people hate). No stores over here sell it because Pompey isn't a "major" side. I want to be sure of the sizing before I order it from the UK. I was just curious as to how the Canterbury large and extra-large sizes compare to the large and extra larges of Nike and Adidas. I know Canterbury rugby jerseys can run pretty big, but I didn't know if the football jerseys were sized differently.

Hey, I ordered myself a Portsmouth jersey 7 months ago, I'm a tall and skinny guy, so a medium was a perfect fit for me.

If I were to compare sizes to other companies. Canterbury sizes are very similar to Umbro sizes.

Most of the jerseys I get are in mediums.

So if you usually wear a large in jerseys, large would be your pick.
