The Auld Enemy, a new exhibition which tells the story of the immense football rivalry between Scotland and England over the years, has been unveiled in Scotland. Scotland versus England, the oldest international football rivalry in the world!

This exciting new exhibition celebrates the history of this unique and very passionate rivalry. From the world’s first international in 1872 (pictured below) to the European Championship Qualifying play-offs in 1999, 127 years of action packed history are covered.

Great teams and star players through the years feature within the exhibition and the stories of Hampden Park and Wembley Stadium are retold.

Prized Scotland and England shirts from football legends like Jim Baxter, Jimmy Johnstone and Tommy Lawton feature alongside the British International Championship trophy and the Rous Cup.
