Today April 10th 2007 an one-off prototype Watford football shirt was sold at auction on Ebay. The shirt was Ebay's "most watched" shirt this week and came directly for Watford football club. The club featured it on it's website and added the following information:

Did you notice the shirt used on the front cover of the Watford v Charlton programme (3/3/07) looked different? Steve Kabba is modelling a one-off prototype shirt. This shirt was one of the shirts designed for the 2006/07 season but not used.

Sheffield United gave their supporters the opportunity to influence the look of their team’s homa and away strips for the 2007 2008 season.

Blades fans were being asked to choose the home strip for the forthcoming season - with one lucky supporter collecting the first kit off the production line from a player of their choice in the process.

The club launched the initiative on Friday (February 9) from which date supporters were able to select the new kit.

The strip options were available to view online at www.sufc.co.uk/superstore or via postcards which will be handed out at Bramall Lane at the Tottenham match on Saturday 10th.

Global sportslifestyle brand Puma has further increased its African footprint with the signing of a sponsorship deal with the Namibian Football Association (NFA). Namibia’s national team, the Brave Warriors, will be supplied with PUMA’s latest v-Series technical apparel and footwear for the next several years through the 2010 World CupTM in South Africa.

Jochen Zeitz of PUMA AG said: "This association underlines PUMA's commitment to African Football and specifically to the growth and development of Football in Namibia. We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with the NFA."

The history of football club "Lokomotiv"(Moscow) dates back to 1923 when the Club named after the October revolution (KOR) was formed. It united the strongest football players of several roads of the Moscow railway junction.In the late 20s - early 30s KOR constantly figured as one of the strongest football collectives of Moscow.

It was renamed to Kazanka (Moskovskaya-Kazanskaya Zh.D) in 1931, and eventually to Lokomotiv in 1936. During the existence of the USSR Lokomotiv Moscow club was a part of the Lokomotiv Voluntary Sports Society.

The outfit of the Russian football club Lokomotiv FC is currently made by adidas. Dmitriy Sychev, Diniar Bilyaletdinov and Marat Izmailov took part in a photo session with the German technical sponsor of Lokomotiv FC.

Pictures were taken of them wearing the new 2007 -2008 home and away kits on tuesday morning 05.03.2007.

The results of this session you will be able to see in Adidas shops, aswell as on billboards around the city and at Lokomotiv's ground.

In the match at Cliftonhill against Stenhousemuir, Albion rovers fans have seen the launch of the strip to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the club.

It seems the colours are not, as previously thought revert to the pre-1961 colors of blue and white. Instead they turn to be red and yellow. The kit was modelled at half-time by a player, the club hope to wear it for real in the last (barring play-offs) match of the season at home to East Stirlingshire on 28th April.
