Birmingham City FC announced that F&C Investments will continue as principal partner of the club for a further two seasons.
The extension will follow the existing shirt sponsorship arrangement and will run until the end of the 2010/11 season.
Blues began their association with F&C Investments, one of the UK's leading investment management companies, in 2007 and the relationship continues to go from strength to strength.
Since 2007, the brand awareness of F&C Investments has increased year on year both within the UK and globally, with millions of people across the world becoming accustomed to the partnership between Birmingham City FC and F&C Investments.
F&C will continue to run the successful and popular community initiatives such as the F&C Schools Challenge and the F&C Urban Challenge.
Over 500 youngsters from across the West Midlands have participated in both events, with Lyndon Green School in Birmingham scooping £500 to expand their PE department after winning the F&C Schools Challenge in 2008.
Karren Brady, Managing Director of Birmingham City Football Club, said: "We are absolutely delighted to maintain F&C Investments as our principal sponsor for a further two years.
"The deal underlines the excellent relationship we have forged together over the last few years and represents F&C's faith in the Birmingham City brand.
"Over the next two years we can continue to work together and build upon our existing relationship with F&C Investments to ensure our continued development both on and off the field."
John Yule, Head of UK Retail at F&C, said: "We are delighted to renew our sponsorship agreement with Birmingham City FC.
"Working with the Blues has helped raise our profile in the Midlands and throughout the UK, through community initiatives, client hospitality and the high profile nature of top flight football.
"We are committed to growing the F&C brand and believe that working with Birmingham City FC will bring continued success on and off the field."
