Birmingham City Football Club signed a new long term partnership with adidas. The global sportswear brand will be the Club’s official technical kit supplier for the next four seasons.
Birmingham City FC Director Panos Pavlakis said: “adidas has a fantastic football heritage and tradition and we are very excited about working with them for the next four seasons
"We are very much looking forward to our supporters wearing the adidas brand with great pride. Credit must go to two members of our management team, Ian Dutton, Head and Commercial and Wayne Cowen, Head of Ticketing & Retail for negotiating such a lucrative deal with the biggest brand in football.”
Gavin Thomson, MD for North Europe added: “adidas is proud to have signed a long term deal to become the official kit supplier of Birmingham City Football Club starting in the 2016/17 season.
"We are hugely excited by the new deal and returning to the club as partners for the first time since the late 70s and early 80s, when the likes of the great Trevor Francis were playing for the club.
"We look forward to working collaboratively with the club and their dedicated fan base, as Gary Rowett and his players push for a return to the top flight of English football in the near future.”
The kit and training wear is due to be available over the summer, with a definite date to be announced in due course.
