The ball’s design draws inspiration from Morocco’s historic zellij art, a traditional form of mosaic tilework that has become a defining feature of the nation’s architecture and cultural heritage. The intricate geometric patterns seen across ITRI’s surface pay tribute to this art form.

Adidas has unveiled the Historical Mini Ball Set 1970–2026, a collector’s edition celebrating over five decades of official FIFA World Cup match balls. Each host nation is also represented through symbolic details, with a maple leaf for Canada, an eagle for Mexico and a star for the United States.
