The FA signed a licensing agreement with Hi-Grade Computers plc, to produce Official England Products.
This licensing agreement is the latest from The FA, as it actively extends the reach of the England brand to a new sector.
The first is a range of laptops proudly donning the Three Lions crest.
“This is a desirable product for any England football fan” says Najmie Allette, Licensing Executive at The FA, adding “we strive to give consumers new product choices to show their support for the national football team”.
Hi-Grade is one of the UK's largest manufacturer's of laptop computers. Last year, the company won UK's Best Value Laptop for the hot-pink Notino W5700P laptop.
Ori Yiassoumis, the firm's marketing director, commented: "Hi-Grade is always looking to create product desirability and differentiation be it our new breed of super-lightweight 10-inch, Windows-based laptops that will retail for less than £300, or appealing to England's loyal fan base.
"Laptops in general are becoming much more personal items. The licence is another opportunity to create a sought-after laptop, which is also affordable to the younger football supporting generation."
The Hi-Grade W5700R England-edition notebook, will arrive in a shell that somewhat resembles England's away kit, and is available in two versions, the HI-GRADE Notino W5700E-530 and the HI-GRADE Notino W5700E .
The standard England-edition model currently retails for £399.50 while the upgraded version costs £499.38 .
