Up for auction on Ebay : Liverpool FC Match worn 1985 European Cup Final Goalkeeper Shirt The seller added the following : This auction is for a liverpool, match worn 1985 european cup final shirt. It is made by adidas, has the number 1 on the back and was worn in the final by the Goalkeeper Bruce Grobbelaar. The adidas logo is printed on the shirt and the liverbird is fully embroidered along with the words 'european cup final 1985'. the tag on the neck states the size as Large, this is consistent with match issue/worn shirts as the measurments in inches and centimetres were not stated on the tag. The shirt is in excellent condition considering it is 0ver 20 yrs old, it has a little damage on the Left shoulder of the shirt where a small piece of stitching has come away on the 3 stripes of the addidas, this must have occured during the match as the shirt has been immaculatly cared for since the final. This was the first time in their history that liverpool had worn adidas, and to add to the rariety of the shirt there were no more than 2 of these ever made, one with a number 1 on the reverse and the other with 17 even less than the champions league final shirts of today when many replicas and match issue shirts are produced. i was only able to obtain this through a extended member of my family who is Roy Evans, he was issued with his own shirt but also obtained Bruce's shirt to pass onto me as he knew i collected them. i will provide a letter with the shirt signed by mr Evans which proves beyond all doubt that this shirt is the genuine article.

Up for auction on Ebay: Wolves No.10 1970's Shirt John Richards - match worn The seller added the following : 1970's Wolves shirt ..... I am told that it is match worn and belonged to John Richards , but I have no proof . It is certainly a REAL 1970's shirt and not a modern reproduction and it has '10' on the back . It has certainly been 'worn' , but as I say , I cannot confirm by whom !! It measures about 47cm across the chest (from armpit to armpit) and just over 60cm from the neckline to the bottom edge . My wife (who understands such things) says it is a medium/large.

Up for auction on Ebay: Extremely Rare Manchester City Player's Shirt The seller added the following: On offer is an opportunity to purchase an extremely rare genuine Manchester City Player's shirt. This shirt was produced by Kappa in their first season as sponsor, 1997-98, and was never sold to the general public. There were approximately only between 20 and 30 shirst produced for the club as a 3rd strip. It was worn in three games against QPR, Reading and Bristol Rovers. This shirt is number18 and was not part of first team's squad shirts, it was worn for friendlies and reserve matches. The shirt was later signed by Kevin Keegan's Championship winning squad including Keegan, SWP, Shaun Goater and Paul Dickove amongst others. Starting price and reserve price reflect it's rarity.

Up for auction : CHELSEA LE COQ SPORTIF AWAY SHIRT 84-86 MATCH WORN L/S The seller added the following: This style of shirt was worn by Chelsea as an away shirt in the 1984-85 season and as a third shirt in the 1985-86 season. The Le Coq Sportif collar tag states that the shirt is size 'MEN 4/5, CHEST 38/40"'. The shirt, which has the number 15 machine stitched on the back, is in very good condition with only a couple of minor pulls and one very minor (about the size of a pin head) stain under the right arm. The LCS logo has also worn off the number 1 on the back, leaving remants. It does not appear that the number 5 ever carried the LCS logo.

Up for auction : GENUINE 1981/83 MAN MANCHESTER CITY MATCH WORN SHIRT The seller added the following: This auction is for a match worn 1981/83 Manchester City team shirt. There are several differences between team shirts and replica shirts of this period, for example, the embroidered Umbro logo and club badge. Added to that the different material to the replicas and a hand stitched number on the back, as well as the fact that it is long sleeved and you can tell that this is the original match shirt which is almost 27 years old. It is one of the very early sponsored shirts, because later on, the SAAB sponsor was in white. Nicky Reid was the usual incumbant of the number 4 shirt in this period, in fact pretty much exclusively in the 1981/82 season when this shirt was used. Please look at the photos and you will see that it is the genuine article. This shirt is one of my large team shirt collection.
