Adidas JABULANI - Production Process

This is the production of the adidas “JABULANI”, the Official Match Ball for the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa, which is available now through the FSC Shop.

This 4 minute video below shows how the eight 3-D spherically formed EVA and TPU panels are moulded together, harmoniously enveloping the inner carcass.

made in china. i absolutly love the ball and the tech behind it but when i saw this i got the sense of feeling that its just cheap. probably cuz the chinese touched it.........still love it thou

I find this video rather discouraging: made in China, massified machine-produced stuff. I am surprised that Adidas used this video to promote its product.

to those who think the ball is cheap cuz it's made in china ..
its not about the place of the factory its about the technology and the quality control team provided from adidas.. and btw china has the best labor but big brands avoid choosing it for manufacturing because products get copied easily there and they have no regulations

From Paksitan and Thailand are the world Soccer Ball manufactures.

But Jabulani is designed and developed in Germany.
