Giorgio Armani for Chelsea

While fashion designer Paul Smith supports Manchester United, designing the off-pitch formal wear for ManU as worn at the Champions League final in Moscow, Mr Armani is lending his support - or rather dress sense - to the boys in blue, Chelsea.

"The theme of superheroes is very much at the forefront of my mind at the moment. I hope that my suits have a similar effect to the batman cape for the Chelsea team" says the designer, whose off-field ensembles comprise a single-breasted, two-button navy blue crease resistant lightweight wool gabardine suit, with flat-front, straight-legged trousers and a fitted jacket with a pronounced "Roman" shoulder line.

"Footballers are the gladiators of our time; iconic sporting heroes who make dreams come true." Armani adds.

I couldn\'t really give a toss what suits they wear or any other team wear to be honest.

very good looking suits, but I think if they ever sell them they\'re out of my price range anyway.

and nooo, why the brown shoes, they should be shiny black.
