This Sunday Ajax and AZ played with 555 Giro sponsorship on the chest.

The shirts were worn to raise special attention to the account number of the collaborating organizations for the benefit of the earthquake in Haiti. 

Sponsor AEGON gave up its place on the shirt for Giro 555.

Club Universitario de Deportes, also known as Universitario unveiled the new 2010 ' Tailored ' home and away  football kits made by Umbro.

Universitario's colours are cream (crema in Spanish), red, burgundy (guinda in Spanish), and black. When playing a home game they use the cream-colored kit with black socks and when playing away they use the burgundy-colored kit with black socks.

The club's colours at first were not cream. They started out with a white kit which had the badge on the chest. During one of their early seasons, Universitario could not participate in an upcoming match because their uniforms had been sent to the laundry to be washed. The managers pleaded that they hurry with the laundry and they quickly washed them. However, when the club received the jerseys, they found that they were no longer white, but cream.

Júbilo Iwata unveiled the new 2010 Home football kit made by Puma.

The team started out as the company team for Yamaha Motor Corporation in 1970. After making its way through the Shizuoka and Tōkai football leagues, it played in the Japan Soccer League until it reorganized as the J. League at the end of 1992.

Júbilo means 'exultation' in Portuguese and Spanish.

This is the new Japan 10/12 Away kit made by Adidas which will be available through the FSC Shop.

The Away kit is not yet officially unveiled, but Japan will wear this kit at the World Cup 2010

Following the success of the iconic, groundbreaking England home kit, Umbro revealed some of the details around the new 10/12 England away kit – which will be available through the FSC shop and worn for the first time on March 3rd when England play Egypt at Wembley.

Adidas, Nike and Puma are the best-known football sponsors in the five largest European football markets*.  This is a result from the SPORT+MARKT Report  „European Football Brands Top 20 2009/10“, with the survey of over 3,000 European football fans.

“Jersey sponsors and kit suppliers dominate European communication in football“, says Hartmut Zastrow, SPORT+MARKT Executive Director. To him, Adidas is the major football brand in Europe. However, the expert is most surprised by Audi, in eighth position. “Audi pursues a decentralised football strategy, with partnerships with many European clubs and is even outstripping rival automotive supplier, Ford, as a sponsor.“  However, another reason for Audi reaching the top ten was press coverage of the company‘s purchase of shares in FC Bayern Munich.

Burnley FC announced a new four-year Technical Kit partnership with PUMA and Genesis Sports.

The contract, which runs from summer 2010, will see PUMA supply the club with their Technical and Replica Kit and Training wear for the next four seasons.

Burnley FC Chairman Mr Barry Kilby said: "We are very proud to have entered into a partnership with such a leading brand as PUMA.

"Our new Technical Kit Partnership once again demonstrates the progress that has been made at Burnley Football Club."
Roger Harrison, PUMA UK Marketing Director added: "We are looking forward to be embarking upon a new Technical Kit partnership with Burnley.

"This will give PUMA great exposure throughout the North West and with great kit and good service we will be an excellent partner for the club."

These seem to be the new 2010/2011 designs for the Bayern Munich Home, Away and Third kits made by Adidas.

The new Bayern Munich 10/11 kits are not yet officially unveiled, this is a leaked picture.

JEF United Ichihara Chiba unveiled the new 2010 home, away and 3rd football kits made by Kappa.

The team began as the company team, Furukawa Electric Soccer Club in 1946. As the company team, it won the Japan Soccer League twice, the Emperor's Cup four times and the JSL League Cup three times. Furukawa also won the 1986/87 Asia Club Championship, the top club honor in Asia; they were the first Japanese club to do so.

On November 8, 2009, JEF United Chiba was relegated to J2 after 44 seasons in the Japanese top division; 2010 will be their first season in the second tier.

According to the Daily record, The Old Firm are set to announce new shirt sponsors - with Tennent's favourites to agree the new sponsorship deal.

Rival lager brand Tennent’s is seemingly the favourite to secure a new sponsorship deal with Celtic and Rangers when its current sponsorship of the Scottish national team expires in June.

Carling signed an £18million deal with Rangers and Celtic in 2003. Both clubs have had joint sponsorship deals since the early 1980s when glazing firm CR Smith became the first company to back them both.

The deal could be worth up to £1.5 million a year for the rival teams.
