This has been doing the rounds for a couple of months now. Surprised not to see it up here. The size of the hoops seem to perfectly match up with those seen next to the leaked Man Utd. home kit pics. I'm pretty certain this is next seasons kit.

I'm afraid it's not legit, the same creases as every other football manager template with that texture is the main give away as well as the cheap presentation.
