Hi, I will post my designs I make here.

I am a great advocate of doing original work, drawing instead of using a simple Football Manager/FIFA template to design the base around and I hate when original kits are used and then a logo is pasted over the top of it, it really grates my scrotum.

I made this Dortmund kappa kits first off, this is a composite between a few former dortmund kits i.e. yellow and white and yellow and black kits. Combigning these gave a much more original look, the design is more a typical Kappa design, large cuffs, round collar,. It has BVB09 striped down the front intended to be hard to see, and 'die Schwarzgelben' on the back of the collar along with a star, their nickname. That's really all the explanation the kit needs.

Here is something else I cooked up, I said in the gallery section everything which inspired me to create it. Like the Dortmund kit it is semi real based, as Valencia have signed a Kappa contract as reported by this site. Here

Oh and by the way, all of these working have been down using Adobe Photoshop 6, so I am basically using a stone chiesel compared to most people, It;s just what I know the best though. I am only 20 though

they are really good!

and dont worry about using a stone chisel, just look at the pyramids! If youre using a chisel, Im using a paintbrush made from a mammoths tail in comparison.

Just looking at the Fluminense kit again now, I don't think I've really pulled it off that well.

those are all class kits! nike should hire you. god knows you'd do a better job then whoever made some of there kits (arsenal away, poland, fulham away, and the ASEAN teams)

one team that would really suit this template would be Shaktar Donetsk, as the trim patten would compliment the new club crest quite well, and in orange and black, would look really in your face.

Yeah I definitely agree about Shakhtar, Nike have screwed them over big time this season with such crappy kits when they had it so good with Adidas.

Wow! You had very good friend! Very good indeed! I really enjoyed your style of design ... So is calling, when monopolize the style, type, for the same types of design for all clubs belonging to a brand, is an impression that the brand does not have creativity to launch specific models for each club ... The model of design that you created for Nike and phenomenal! But not all the clubs that suit him ... There are clubs and clubs ... Each with a closed mind, more traditional, others with a mind more open, more modern ... Anyway ... You have a talent! I guarantee you would be able to create specific models for the main clubs in the world, as the NIKE currently ... What in my opinion and the right!

I was the student who complimented you on your valencia design.
I totally agree with your argument that too many people use the templates and do not create something of their own, something which you do, and i also do.
Compliments on your recent uploads of kits, i like them and find them original as was the Valencia design. I do think they are really cool and agree with all the compliments you have been given, the only criticism i have on the designs is that the feature [the two stripes on either side] impose too much on the shirt, creating less space for where the sponsorship logo should be, therefore as seen on the PSV, Inter and other shirts the sponsorship overlaps the design and acts as a detriment to it. Once this has been corrected I believe the design would be even better, as it is i feel it works perfectly with the Barcelona design as it has no sponsor.
Compliments again as i love the designs...and id love to see how some of these work displayed in the way you illustrated the valencia kit.

profrodrigoleal @ Thanks a lot, I think I understood what you meant. I'd feel pretty cheated if Nike released this many kits in real life with the same template and just different colours, but I thought I'd just make a rainbow of kits just so I could see what the template would look like with lots of different club themes and to a degree traditions too.

I know not every club would welcome it with open arms such as Celtic who never break their hoops or Arsenal who always have totally white sleeves to a degree. Of course the design could be adapted to incorporate these things but this is just fantasy so I will leave it like this.

Amadeus Angelillo @ Totally agree with you, I didn't really have the sponsor logo in mind when I first made this design, so it is quite poorly designed in that sense but again could easily be adapted aswell. It looks horrible having to put a border around the logos to make them visible. It looks fine with sponsors like Avea or as you say Barcelona, but I'm pretty ashamed of the PSV or Spartak ones.

Maybe this should just be used for national teams?

stevart1979 @ I think this design has pretty much run its course now, sorry. I won't be making any more with it. Also I am a huge Man Yoo hater, so that would never happen.



Here is something I am working on, not finished yet but I don't think it is very far off. I just need peoples opinions.

I have gone for a very different look with the stripes going for a diagonal design, again not traditional, but this is fantasy and it fits in well with the diagonal stripes on the shoulders. The shorts really need some work, I have a basic look but they really lack something, and maybe the socks too as I don't think they're original enough.

Anyway please tell me your thoughts. Thanks : )

as for the Milan kit, that looks really good. the shorts, make another template, but keep that one

other Teams you could use the template for are Bayern Munich, Hamburger SV, Rapid Vienna, IFK Goteborg, New york cosmos (there are rumors of a new team in New york for the MLS, and it may very well be called the cosmos), The Paraguay National Team and....dare I say it, Newcastle United.
