Just open up a design package and get drawing!!

Nah it's a bit more complicated than that, what most people here seem to do is down load templates from the FMGLive forums, but I personally find that very uncreative, but for a newbie like yourself check themout

All you need to do is load it up in photoshop add logos and change colours, like I said it's uncreative but good for your needs.
