i use the ss'08 template and i was wondering if theres a way i can use a part of one company and part another. i just got photoshop so youll have to exuse me. thanks,

Yea you can.
Open the two files/companies you want to use, and on one of them find the layer(s) that you want to use - the layers are on the right hand side.

Right click on the chosen layers and click 'duplicate layers'.

When the little window pops up asking where you want to duplicate them to, use the pull down menu and choose the other kit file you opened at the start.

Click OK.

This should now have placed the layer(s) from the first file onto the second file.
