Hi,

I'm new to the football shirt world. I'm not even a rabid football fan. I do like the game at the international level and am trying to find good underdog teams to cheer for.

I have thus far found several of the sites mentioned here for buying on line. I find most of these sites to be much cheaper than buying kit here in Canada. Though I did get dinged with customs fees on an order from subside sports.

I have thus far found the following stores:

www.uksoccershop.com (My order from them seems to be a bit late)

www.worldsoccershop.com (My order from them got returned and they quickly resent it. It arrived 4 days after that)

www.subsidesports.com (My order from them arrived blazingly fast from the UK. Around 6 days I think)


I saw no one mention this site so I thought I'd share it.

They seem to be very well stocked and have some very rare shirts. I haven't bought from them but probably will because I want to get the Palastine and Iceland shirts. I like hard to find national team shirts.

on that solfutebol site what currency is it priced in? wondering if its cheaper then the prices over ere when converted? huge amount of stock!

Its in Brazilian Reals I think they are called. You can convert with XE.com to see what it costs. I still find them a bit pricey when converted, but you do have to expect a bit more to maintain such an large amount of relatively, and very obscure shirts. I think Subside Sports is bit pricey too, but again, great stock.


Lets have a look at a price of an obscure Jersey I'm interested in as an example.


Palestine Home. Nice looking shirt. I have many Palestinian friends so I'd like to have one.

The only other place I've found these shirts so far is at classicfootballshirts.co.uk

Here the price is 50 quid. However they only have the Home shirt not both. But 30 quid is a big difference to me. In CAD that is like 90 vs 144. That is all before shipping.

So I'll save the Brazilian site for last resorts. Even they don't have a Malta shirt


However, upon closer inspection, for some things their prices aren't too bad. But that's only on some things.

I would avoid uksoccershop.com at all costs as they are very unreliable as they dont carry a lot of stock and get shirts from elsewhere and then ship them so thats why it takes time to get them as theyre waiting for them for them to be delivered plus the sleeve badges are asian fakes, as i got some serie a badges which werent lextra and cheap rubbish copies and ordered a shirt from them but never materialised after a lot of correspndence asking where it was and kept getting the reply it would be delivered soon but never did. have also heard its just a young guy who does it from his bedroom through a friend who works in the business.

Back in 2004 I ordered from them an OM (Marseille) shirt, they took the money and then they sent me a letter saying that they had no stock of the size ordered. I have tried several times to contact them, but they did not really want to speak english. A friend of mine contacted them in french but I have never been refunded.


Regarding the rest mentioned stores, I could recommend subsidesports.com (have bought from them several times with no problems). I have also made an order from uksoccershop.com, they did not have the shirts ordered and I was immediately refunded.

subsidesports.com or kitbag.com are the ones i would recommend to anybody. have ordered quite a few things from subside over the years and never had a problem, same with kitbag unlike uksoccershop.com who are very unreliable.

Yeah,Madeinsport is a french online shop.Your case is serious,as for me I was delivered in 2006 a home PSG kit when I ordered an away one......my sole concern and the rest of the time I was satisfied.....but I'm french,it perhaps explains it

I had same problem with madeinsport too.

I had brouhgt some Barcelona Home from this website but they send me an away to me.
So I requested them a money back because I had it already but they didn't respond back.
So right now I'm looking from some website which accept a payment by paypal.

I found some website www.ifootballshirt.com

Now I'm trying to buy some kit from this website.
Will see what happend.

An update, today is August 4, my order from uksoccershop.com that was supposedly shipped in July 14 still hasn't arrived yet.

I'm starting to get nervous. It was 200 USD order

I had the same problem and they are only about 13 miles away from me!! found out through a good source they are actually just dropshippers ie they dont carry much stock, despite saying they have over 2000 shirts in stock in adverts, and they go to other places to get their stock if they get an order through and either the supplier ships it to them and they send it to you or the supplier send it direct to you. They do tend to be very unreliable as youve found out and I found out a year or so ago with the same happening and he kept saying it would be sent asap every time, then changed it to its been sent and never ever received the order. Hope you get your order through ok anyway
