Hi,

Were replicas released of the Holland 1988 jersey?

Concerning shirts using the same design, I know that replicas exist of the Soviet Union 1988 jersey (I have one), but were replicas also produced of the West German away from the 1990 world cup? Thanks,

Yes, I think so. I managed to buy the previous one in 1987 whilst on holiday in NL (club shirts were rarely on sale over there then, but the intenternational one was freely available), so I'm sure they produced one for the Euros.

The Holland 88 shirt was only used 5 times at Euro 88 and was never produced as an official replica ! When U see a holland 88 shirt check the KNVB logo and you will see it's never the original licensed one!!! They actually thought Holland would be out of the tournament quick and there was not much interest in them.

Don't know for sure, but I've seen replica's of the shirt used in the Germany vs England game, but with the crest in a different colour, so I doubt it if they are real as the shirts were easy to buy without the crest and then the crest could have been added to it.
