Football Shirt Culture.com

Hi recently i brought a new football
shirt from jjb sports complete with
printing however i have only washed it
once and it now has a massive pull on
it ( i checked before and it wasnt on
it )
but i have been looking on the
internet and many customers have
had this happen to them
Because it has printing on then jjb
sports dont accept refund /exchange
unless faulty . Would they accept a pull
as being faulty ?
reason i want a refund is that it cost
55 pound and when i wash it it
shoudnt ruin it
