Hello, I'm italian, sorry for my english.

I want to buy in Kitbag store, but I see that they have a different exchange rate in EUR.

Price in GBP = 33.99 £
Price in EUR = 51 €
Exchange rate = 1,50

The current exchange rate is of 1,11 so the real price in EUR is 37,77 €
With current exchange rate 51 € = 45.89 £

This is a swindle, a fraud!

I wrote to customer care and this is their answer:
We are aware that the exhange rate is different to the current exchange rate, as the rate online is at a set rate all yaer round and does not change to reflect the current exchange rate.

This applies to all the items online and not just individual items.

Any comments?

If they advertised the rate BEFORE you bought the Shirt, which i think they do but i may be wrong, i can't really understand why you carried on with the Transaction as you knew what the exchange rate would work out at.

No, I didn't buy the shirt then. I ask them one question: Why I must pay a different price from an english customer? This graph show the exchange rate of last 10 months: www.exchange-rates.org/history/EUR/GBP/G/M (max 1,17). Exchange rate on Kitbag is 1,50, too high! This is a fraudolent polity!

Why don`t you buy the shirt in £, (the currency choice is optional you know) when you pay with creditcard your bank will automatic give you the correct exchange rate.

As John said, just buy in pounds. I didi it many times, and the bank conversion to Croatian currency was normal, so you would pay 37,77 Euros.
