[file] Hi

I notice the mark on the bottom right of this shirt, and i remember i've been told these marks are only on supporter shirts.

Sorry I can't see pics either. I have replica and player issue Tottenham shirts from 2002, neither of which have either label on, but this link might give a clue?

www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?t=516922

Also have a look at

www.matchwornshirts.com

Lots of player issue and match worn shirts on there, and the guy knows his stuff. Hope you still get an answer even if this doesn't help.

bigsoccer.com says that climacool is the fan shirts and formotion is match issued shirts only, but i cannot find a confirmtion of this anywhere.

reason i'm asking is that i have seen a few spain shirts allegedly from the armenia - spain game, that all are formotion. i only tought these shirts went a bit cheap, so i was wondering whether they could be the real deal

There's no reason to justify that it's not real... ok first of all a very primitive idea would be to smell the shirt if it stinks (like full of sweat, but that's a stupid idea anyway).

sounds like it's an adidas shirt (climacool, formotion trademarks), and over the years of the adidas stuff I bought only recently have they heavily promoted the climacool, clima365, climawarm, climaproof, climalite, climaetc.etc. stuff as well as the formotion thingies... (they are there before).

I got a few new adidas jerseys (bought this year) that says formotion AND climacool. Obviously they're not match-worn shirts, and the tags that came with the jerseys (those paper tags) have both formotion AND climacool inserts. they're also printed onto the fabric too.

SO I DUNNO where you heard that formotion is the real thing and climacool are replicas...

As i said, i referred to bigsoccer.com, (see link over) where it was said that climacool are the version you get in the shop, while formotion is used by the pros

smelling the shirt wouldnt help much. often they are washed, and if not, anyone could have worn them

but if you say you have fanshirts that are tagged with both climacool and formotion, this is not a good way to distinguish the real deal from the fan-versions
