Can anyone help with pictures of Sampdoria kit variations from the 1970's. i believe they wore a kit with black shorts and black socks (with red trim) with the classic home shirt. its possible this could have been worn up to the early to mid eighties. if anyone can help with info and/or pictures id be eternally grateful. thanks

Wikipedia (italian) says that you're right: Sampdoria wore a kit with black shorts and socks in 1979/80 (in Serie . However, pictures of that season that I found on the web show usual white shorts and socks.
