i noticed a lot of differences between replica kits and what some of the teams actually wore during the world cup tournement.

i'm glad i didn't buy an Italy-kit, because on the actual kit the autobot-logo seemed to be gone and they wore different shorts all together, without the "belt". it didn't help[ them much though...

the Japan shirt i'm not sure about. the replica has a feather pattern on it, but on the pitch i really didn't see it.

Argentina choose to shift to white socks, while the retail version was black.

on a more general note i must say all the teams looked great, but there were way too many all-white kits. everybody wants to be like Real Madrid i suppose.

feel free to comment.

England have been playing in white since 1872. I don't see why they should change this now.

Both Italy and Japan player version kits have the patterns. It's just not that visible when the shirt is wet.

i was watching in HD and there was no pattern to be seen at all. you'd think you'd see something at one point, but no.

there were many teams who wore all-white; Algeria, Denmark, England, Ghana, Greece, Honduras, Italy, Korea DPR, Korea Republic, New Zealand, Serbia, Slowakia, Slovenia, USA.
not very original, is it?
