I have Michael Essien's match worn shirt from the second half of the 2009 FA Cup final. This has also been signed by the squad on that day and the then-manager, Guus Hiddink. This shirt comes with a COA and has been verified by two leading sports auction houses in the UK. Pics are available and am open to offers. ianhislam@hotmail.com

I'd at least like some advice on how to proceed as I'm very keen to sell this shirt quickly, but do not want auction houses extortionate fees or VAT.
