Hi there.
As previously stated by a previous poster.. big name shirts on eBay for reasonably low prices are normaly fishy.
The fact of the matter is that badgeing up shirts is easier than ever before... player issue spec shirts are common as muck and player issue patches and namesets can be found easily from reputable retailers all over the world. Making 'badging' them up really easy and simple. Making a couple of patches a shirt and a nameset worth over 4 or 5 times their real value. So although they may be 'player spec' it is extremely unlikely any of the players names on the back of the shirt will have seen the jersey in question... which they would have if it was match prepared.
Another thing to think about is that the Argentinian site seems to have what I would call a "contemporary scope" I find it extremely dodgy that his inventory consisists mainly of in form stars of this years world cup and legeneds of the game.... Most collectors/sellers/dealers will have a few mediocre stars and even flops for sale... but not that guy.... just extremely high demand items.... sounds far from 'a bit off' to me
As said previously if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.. and if in doubt pay that little bit more to people in your own country who are reputable in their own right... known collectors with an interest in the hobby... if they wont buy a fake or manufactured shirt... they wouldn't sell one. So you are far more likely to get the real deal
Hope this helps
Cheers
