It seems certainly fraudulent. His/her name is DIANA M. HERRERA HERNANDEZ who lives in Celaya, Mexico. Does anybody know an idea about this Mexican? or whatever? Be aware of this guy.

apparently the seller vanished... I've never heard of genuine WC badges leaking out to the market yet, so probably you are right on this is fraud. out of curiousity, how much did he ask for one badge?

The name sounds eerily familiar. I believe she was involved in the sale of the Messi Copa Del Rey shirt, in addition to some Ronaldo shirts I never received after purchasing.
