Sizes England home shirt 2009???

Hi,

could anyone help me? I'm looking for the exact sizes of the England 2009
home shirt (the first Umbro tailored one, the all white one).

I need the exact sizes in centimetre for the sizes 40" and 42" (chest size
and lengs, length of the arms of a long sleeved shirt).

I also look for a shop which have these shirts for sale already (the long
sleeved version).
