Looks like a design, would be better to see it with a more colourful team's kit but overall solid design.
personally, i think the shirt is all about the cut of it. If you look at recent Kappa shirts, they too, have no real design on it, but they more focus on the cut and the fit on players.
and the textiles. but designwise they are behind
I think it's a great design but then I do love clean simple designs. Only thing I would change is to put the red back into the badge on the shirt or maybe make the 'kappa' red so it balances with the red on the shorts and socks a bit more. Love the FFC under the collar on the back.

The design is very solid looking but I'd like to see it used on a team with a bit more colour to show off the design more.
Not bad. I was about to make a logo/Crest based on the design you have on the back on the kit, I just might have a go at it.
