If they made a kit like that, then the switch to Puma wouldn't hurt as much...
This template does not really suit the toon army, at least not with two white stripes and more black on the shirt than white.
this template might work with four white stripes and it being more white than black, plus the club crest on the right hand side of the shirt
would definetly get this shirt if we use it next season!

not a lot You can do with a black nd white stripe shirt but this looks quite canny but make sure there are NO Black Cats on our kit.
Only on brand in the world and a brand that stands out and that's NIKE...... Look at all the top clubs (Man Utd, Celtic, Barca, Brazil) Also fed express, Tiger woods!!! More money and style.... Puma only came in as the owners brother at Addidas had a disagreement and owed him money!!! Love the toon but need a brand not a costume.... still black n white and still looks the bloody same, part from logo....change design....also get ash out...

No way. Though it is a nice template design for another club. Newcastles stripes need to remain classic in that there aren't any swooshy, ultra-modern designs breaking them up.

the newcastle logo should be to the left where it is traditionally and there should be more white than black.

I'm guessing this shirt has been linked to on several Newcastle forums and blogs seeing it's high hit count.

Please no! Plain, symmetrical black and white please. No stupid swooshes, or stripes down one arm and not the other.
Best design I've seen for a while and who gives a shit that it's PUMA, the cats are white (not black) and the strips black and white not red and white. DO IT!
Has anyone actually seen pics of the actual new kit?
They normally release pics to preorder and the team wear the new strip on last home game of the season. However this may differ this season as changing from adidas to puma kit supplier
With the contract not yet being finished it is unlikely you will see pictures of the new Puma kit until after the last game of the season which is generally when a manufacturer deal will end.
Unless someone leaks pictures of course

aslong as the Puma logo isn't Black on any of the kits i'll be fine with it, would have preferred adidas still but hey times move on.

New kit looks like the last Prem one, minus the collar and with a solid white back (like this seasons) the Puma logo is white on a black stripe.
Away kit is blue - like spurs' away kit this season, and the thrid kit (don't know why we have this) is solid white - like spurs' home kit this season - minus their yellow trim of course.
Shirts will be released on July 1st this year.
If they are like Spurs' shirts, i hope they don't have sleeves like windsocks...
