Burnley Football Club announced a prestigious multi-million-pound shirt sponsorship deal with Fun88.
The Chinese entertainment company, who operate a fully registered online casino and sports book, have signed up to have their name emblazoned on the club's home and away shirts.
The initial two-year deal, the first time the club has attracted international interest, represents the biggest shirt sponsorship deal in the Clarets' history.
And both parties have expressed their delight at the culmination of the historic agreement.
Burnley FC Chairman Mr Barry Kilby said: "We are delighted and proud to have secured Fun88 as our shirt sponsors for the 2010/11 and 2011/12 seasons.
"This multi-million-pound deal is clear evidence of the global appeal of Burnley Football Club as a result of our Premier League status.
"We had discussions with many top international companies, expressing an interest in getting involved with the club.
"But we feel the special relationship we have enjoyed and established with Fun88 will be one that is hugely beneficial to both parties.
"We look forward immensely to working with them on several exciting ventures over the next two years."
Nick Lee, spokesman for Welton Holdings Limited - owners of Fun88 - added: "Sponsoring Burnley is in line with Fun88's ambitions to move our brand to the next level in Asia, as well as giving Fun88 a key platform to reach out to the European market where it intends to penetrate in the next season.
"As part of the club sponsorship Fun88 will be launching a number of marketing initiatives in the next few months.
"This will further reinforce Fun88's association with the club."

spurs all over again with the mansion deal
It's also annoying and bad looking when they also write it in Chinese, Arabic, Japanese etc, on the shirt.
Im so with you...i hate, sorry despise, all these gambling/betting sites on almost every football top accross here in Britain and all over europe aswell. It just makes the beutiful game just look so cheap. Basically all the Boylesports, 188 bets, SBOBETs, and 32 Reds alike need to just bugger off and stop plageing our beloved football shirts

So make of that what you will. Either we are saying "bye bye" to Burnley from the Premier League (or simply bye bye to their fantastic Errea kits this season before they are replaced by Puma monstrosities), or this is an odd acknowledgment of the town's staunch BNP support. I don't know.
Don't be so pathetic!!
I heard Chelsea are teaming up with Puma after 2012...
You should start to understand more about the chinese culture.
