Heart of Midlothian Football Club (Hearts) and Umbro PLC (Umbro) are delighted to announce that they have signed a new three-year commercial agreement worth a significant undisclosed sum.

Umbro will continue as Hearts' kit sponsor through until the end of season 2011/12 following a highly successful initial two year period.

On an annual basis, Umbro will design and produce unique home and away professional and replica kit, professional and replica training kit, as well as a range of Hearts-specific leisurewear and other apparel.

Hearts managing director Campbell Ogilvie commented, "We are absolutely delighted to be making this announcement today.

This takes our relationship with Umbro to five years and is a sign of exceptional commitment between both organisations.

"Umbro are true international market leaders and they have served us magnificently during the last two seasons.

"They bring real professionalism within the sports retail sector and offer tremendous quality in the garments they produce.

"The feedback we've had from our supporters, not to mention retail sales over the last two years backs that up. We are excited about continuing what has developed into an excellent relationship."

Umbro sports marketing director Simon Marsh added, "Over the past two years we have worked hard to prove to the club we were the right longer term partner and therefore I am delighted to be able to conclude and announce our new three year agreement.

"During the next three years we will continue to create and provide the club and it's supporters with cutting edge product that reflects the heritage and traditions of Hearts.

"Over the next three years and hopefully beyond we will continue to support the club both on and off the field of play."

Atletic Bilbao signs a new kit deal with Umbro for the next season. Athletic wears is own kit mark, named \"Athletic\" since 1998. In the past they wears Adidas and Kappa too.

This information is from \"Don Balón\" nº 1738, a spanish football magazine.

Who gives a shit about Hearts? Or Umbro, for that matter?

Shit shirt, shit team, shit kit provider, and aside from Potato Land rejects and censoreds, a shit league as well.

Hell, I rate MLS and the Blue Square Premier higher than the SPL, with the exception of the two racist havens I mentioned above.

Francis: i support the sport, not a team. Whereever there is good football being played, I\'m there. I watch teams from Europe, North America, Asia, South America, Africa, etc... I don\'t let my love of the sport get distracted by violence, corruption, and other things that are typically associated with supporting one specific team.
