Rangers Announce Puma Kit Deal

Rangers Football Club announced a new five-year kit deal with Puma who will become the official supplier and licensee of replica merchandise for the club.

The agreement which will commence at the start of Season 2013/14 will see Rangers wearing the PUMA brand on all of the club's team kit, replica kit, training wear and equipment.

The partnership with PUMA complements the club's joint venture with retail giants Sports Direct.

Rangers Chief Executive Charles Green commented: “We are delighted to announce this partnership with PUMA, who are one of the world’s iconic lifestyle brands.

Tony Ward, Managing Director, PUMA UKIB, added: “Rangers Football Club is an iconic club with a rich history. When the opportunity arose to develop a technical partnership with Rangers, we were delighted to reach agreement with the club.

Deidco Rangers can wear all the stars they want nobody will ever respect or take them seriously ever again. Do I sound bitter?
Well so I should...after being cheated like the rest of Scottish football for over a decade by a team who have been given a slap on the wrist by a bunch of Masons in that sham enquiry by Nimmo.
I find it "surprising" too that zombi Rangers were not stripped of their tainted titles seen as though they never declared 47 million to anyone...
So wear your fake shirts with your fake history and remember...you dinnie exist!

Maybe....just maybe...you have people who give two craps about your opinion; however, I can guarantee that anyone who cares about football as a game and tradition would love to see Rangers as a club not the business to become strong again. It is better for the whole of Scottish football and our game. People that disrespect others have no place in football and you are one of them. The history of Rangers started before you were even born, what gives you the right to say they cheated Scottish football....take business heads out of the equation and see that the game and team is important...final note: With Respect, Get your head out of your ass.

Listen, we in England don't hate Rangers at all. They are well respected. You're just bitter because they weren't destroyed by the Catholic mafia that booted them out of the premier league. Rangers parentage victims of an anti protestant movement that has stitched up Rangers because of their allegiance to the British crown. Rangers will be back and when they do they will take out a vicious revenge on Scottish football.

Catholic Mafia? What planet are you on mate?
Typical Ranger...everyone to blame but your "cheating at all cost" selves...
BTW Rangers were not punished at all! They went bust and had to leave the league! Its in the SPL rules..THEN they miraculously were let into the SFL after they bent every rule possible (ie 3 yrs of audited accounts) to let them in!!
They are desperate to get Deadco back...Hence they let you keep your history when you should have been stripped of 5 tainted titles!

I think you will find that the last statement isn't true ..... also it should read......

RFC 54 titles Scotland's most successful domestic club
TRFC 1 title . Scotland's newest top flight domestic club

These things are facts . You can't be both . The third division winners are not the club that triumphed in Barcelona . Stop claiming the corpse is what you are following , it's not . If you stupid bears don't stop getting all frothy and excited about the corpse , you will get a name for yourselves.....

I wish there was more to Scottish Football. For decades it was Celtic or Rangers, with Aberdeen the one recent exception but even that was in the 1980's. Celtic are now running away with the league, Rangers running away with Division 3. I watch some games and have to say that I genuinely think the league has declined these past few years. Scottish league and International football used to have several real talents and I'm not here to slate anyone, I just wish the league was better structured, there was more of a chance for the smaller clubs and that scottish youngsters were given the chance to shine. It's a beautiful country and the beauty goes far beyond Glasgow. Just saying.

Getting pretty bored of the "you's are deed" and the "new club" brigade, when the fact is it's still the same old Rangers est 1872. At least according to the ECA, UEFA, SFA. Wrong, UEFA has confirmed no such thing, check their website, Rangers last game was a 4-0 win against St Johnstone. Celtic's results on the same site continue, Rangers ended, why? BECAUSE YOUS ARE DEED

I have a question:

If 'Rangers' are still the same club, and Charles Green 'bought' the history, who did he buy it off?

See, I can kind-of understand how I might 'buy' someone else's history. Obviously it's ridiculous idea and nobody would take me seriously if I claimed their achievements as my own, but I can kind-of picture the scenario whereby I pay someone else for their history.

What I can't picture, though, is how I could buy my history off myself. That concept just doesn't make sense to me.

So, if 'Rangers' are the same club, who did they buy the history off?

What is it with inane Old Firm bigotry on this thread!!
Grow up lads, it's 2013 not 1613!!
Old hat hatred from neanderthal idiots!! This thread is about Rangers sigining a five year deal with Puma for supplying their football kit, is there any need for this crap???
