West Ham United announced the signing of new long-term agreements with SBOBET and Macron.
Italian kitwear manufacturers Macron will be the club's official technical partner for three years from the start of the 2010/11 season. Having recently joined forces with Serie A side SSC Napoli and working already with Portuguese league leaders SC Braga, Macron were keen to make West Ham United a major part of their growing portfolio of top-flight elite European clubs.
Principal partners SBOBET, the Isle of Man-licensed and regulated online sportsbook and casino operators, have extended their agreement with the club until the summer of 2013. The SBOBET brand will appear on all official replica kit and training wear used by Gianfranco Zola's squad, as well as being represented on all club media platforms.
West Ham United CEO Scott Duxbury said both deals, the terms of which are undisclosed, would be of huge benefit to the club.
He said: "In these challenging times, I am pleased we have secured our principal and technical partners on long-term contracts. These contracts ensure over the coming years that the club has secured significant revenue to assist in the continued improvement of Gianfranco's playing squad.
"Commercially the club is going from strength to strength and these partnerships provide a strong foundation for the club to continue to grow and achieve success. SBOBET and Macron are dynamic companies and they are very much part of our vision for the future."
SBOBET originally joined forces with West Ham United in December 2008, impressing the club with its understanding of the long-standing commitment to the Bobby Moore Fund, which reached a new level with the signing of a formal three-year partnership.
The Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK (Registered Charity No. 1089464) logo will continue to be carried on all kit worn by the club's Academy sides as well as on child replica strips.
Founded in 1971, Macron is based in Crespellano, near the Italian city of Bologna. In recent years, the company has rapidly expanded its portfolio of high-profile clients, and as well as Napoli also provides kit for Serie A clubs Bologna FC 1909 and Cagliari Calcio 1920.
Macron also manufactures high-quality playing and training wear for basketball, handball, volleyball and rugby. It has links throughout Europe and operates under the message - work hard, play harder.

At least next time they\'re fighting any Millwall fans the kits won\'t look too expensive.
The word they\'re is short for they are.
Now stand in the corner and think about your spelling mistake. You\'re already in trouble for making crass remarks when you\'re the first person to post a comment, so don\'t try my patience, boy.
Their Umbro kits were so good, this is a huge step backwards.
Atleast it\'s not Vandanel
Hell nooooooooooo... :s :s :s
Just because Zola is Italian and he\'s keen on buying Italian\'s doesn\'t mean the whole damn team needs to turn into some generic Serie B looking squad.

Announce that you\'ve got a new kit supplier for next season, whilst the current season is a month old and you still got 1000s of unsold shirts in the club shop.
Genius...
But the timing is bizarre and, let\'s face it, the \'Tailored In England\' brand is the only really interesting game in town right now.
Everything else looks naff by comparison.
Poor, bitter little dull blades. Macron wants to upgrade to a true top flight club.
Your kids now hate you, your wife is bangin\' the neighbor and you got fired from work.
Oh, to be a Sheffield fan.
Hahaha yes indeed. Spectacularly stupid decision.
Feel sorry for West Ham fans, if macron\'s \'efforts\' for lower- league sides are any indication, I wouldn\'t be expecting much.
The design\'s are sometime\'s a bit poor, but the quality is very high. You\'ll be pleasantly surprised.
I\'m a Leeds fan by the way.
You allready do.
If it was fo rme i´d kick all those ADIDAS, NIKE, PUMA, UMBRO in the bum!
Pro smaller, cheaper brands-against the big brands!
Think about it for a while
I would of loved to see wigan with something like, diadora
West ham should of went back with reebok also
Sheff. Utd.
Championship Obscurity
Im a bit gutted as i did like the umbro kits we had. At least we didnt go back to reebok, who have made awful kits in the past few years. Bolton\'s latest home shirt being a fine example.
If we are going for the whole Italian thing then we should of gone for Lotto who in my opinion make very nice kits. But hey lets give Macron a chance you never know they could surprise us and make a half decent set of kits.
IRONS!!!

liverpools is a heap of s**t !!!
Its suprising they chose an italian company with the amount of paki's and indians that support your club! Are you sure this new kit doesnt come with a turban?
COYL!!!!
Your comments are not only ignorant, infantile and dull they are also very racist and are not welcomed on this board!
Simone not a tottscum fan by any chance,
I don't care what the brand is as long as the design is well thought out and West Ham Utd's rich heritage is considered within the design.
I thought the Umbro 2009/2010 all claret shirt was not only dull but wasn't representative of the club's history particularly with very little blue within the design.
I agree totally Simone, we need to bring back the blue arms to the shirts.
