Southend United have launched their brand new kit for the coming Coca-Cola League One season today on southendunited.co.uk
The Blues will be lining up in a new strip as they aim to gain promotion back into the Championship. Following record shirt sales with Blues supporters last season, this year's kit is expected to prove just as popular with Southend fans.
Made once again by Nike, this year's shirt is from the Total 90 range, and comes complete with Dri-Fit Mesh panels at the side and back to help the shirt breath. United's shirt will continue to carry the Insure and Go main sponsor logo on the front, with shirt back sponsors Haart featured on the rear. The stock is expected to arrive in July, and supporters can visit the online Club Shop to reserve their kit

The biggest sponsorship deal ever for Southend United was revealed in June 2006 with a Press Conference. A six-figure agreement between Southend and Insure & Go who have become the UK's leading direct insurance provider just after six years of formation means that funds will be made available to Steve Tilson to strengthen the team.
Southend Chief Executive speaking with the Official Southend United Website said:-
'The best sponsorship deal the club has achieved. Three seasons ago we took the decision that as a club we wanted to concentrate our approach to sponsorship on seeking sponsors that we could assist in promoting their business in the community.'
Following this fantastic news for the Blues, it was announced that the Official Back Sponsors for the 06/07 07/08 season will be Haart Estate Agents. The UK-wide company has signed a two-year agreement which means that all Official kit and replica kits will carry their logo on the back.
Haart replace local company BigWeekends.com who sponsored the back of the shirt in the 05/06 season.
