Coventry City 08/09 Away Puma football shirt

Coventry City unveiled their brand new 08/09 away Puma kit ahead of its official release on Saturday 2 August.

Fans got their first look at the highly anticipated black away strip with gold trim, by global sportswear manufacturers Puma, at the official release of the Sky Blues' home kit.

One noticeable difference to this season's away strip is the addition of alternative sponsor StadiArena.

If this is the admin for this site, then the main problem is not being able to delete kits youve posted. There are a few kits I want to get rid of that Ive posted, as they and the template are very poor. thanks

Black was partly chosen as it coincides with the 125th birthday celebrations of the club, and black was one of the first colours we wore.

There was also red and green halves, so the right decision was made.
