Dundee United unveiled their new 08/09 home and away kits made by Hummel with the new kit sponsor Carbrini Sportswear, which is owned by the UK’s leading sports fashion retailer, JD Sports.
The arrangement will see Dundee United’s kit carry the logo of one JD’s exclusive youth fashion brands, Carbrini Sportswear, on all home and away and replica tops. JD Sports will also become the Club’s shorts sponsor.
Dundee United Chief Executive Stephen Thompson said, "We are delighted to announce this new sponsorship deal and to be associated with such an established name in sports fashion retail. Our current deal expired at the end of the season and following detailed discussion with several parties, we were delighted to secure an early commitment from JD Sports."
