Grimsby Town have launched the new 2008/ 09 home and away kits. The new kits by Italian sportswear company Errea were unveiled at a special viewing at Blundell Park.
Errea, who supply teams in the top leagues around Europe, will also be supplying all Town's training gear too. Over 400 of the brand new Errea home and away shirts were snapped up at a special preview sale in McMenemy's.
Fans queued from 2.30pm and by the start of the sale at 4pm the line was already 100-deep. Club officials organised a system whereby supporters snaked their way around McMenemy's, down the stairs and across the Blundell Park car park.

At one point there were over 250 fans eagerly waiting to be served for the new kit, and some of those supporters queued patiently for nearly an hour to be served by a dedicated team of Grimsby Town staff. There was also a chance to get a closer look at the full range of Errea/Grimsby Town training and leisurewear for the 2008/09 season.
