Nah RaymieBhoy, the idea was basically stolen from the Italians. As you may have noticed for every 10 scudettos a team receives a star above their emblem, such as the 2 stars above the Juve emblem. Brazilian teams also use this and it's becoming increasingly common throughout other European leagues now.

Celtic should get with the times and add 4 smaller stars around their crest with a larger one for the Euro Cup at the top.

Is that 1 star for everry 10 times you've failed to win the European Cup/Champions League? Looks awfuly similar to the new Chelsea top.
