Leeds United revealed the club's new away kit for the 2011/12 season made by Macron

The new-style black pin-stripe kit was worn for the first time at Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday and will be worn for the first time in the Championship at West Ham on Sunday August 21.

Maybe I am being too much of a traditionalist but I think the away and home are fine with the sash but for a third shirt it needs something extra than just being a different colour scheme. I like the design but also the River logo could have been centered in the black sash.
