Sunderland have unveiled the brand new away kit for the 2011-12 Barclays Premier League season, which will be available here.

The kit features a vibrant shirt in vivid blue with a bold white chest band, highlighting the modern, clean lines synonymous with Umbro's tailored range.

This year's shirt features a round-neck and white shorts, while socks trimmed with the same vivid blue colour complete the new change strip, which will go on sale on July 1.

Direct from the Tailored by Umbro collection, the kit carries the name of the club's main sponsors, tombola.*

Defender's Titus Bramble, Phil Bardsley and Michael Turner modelled the new kit in a recent photoshoot.

Bardsley, Sunderland's player of the season, said: "I'm very impressed with the new kit, it's bright, bold and really stands out, which is just what you need on the pitch.

"It's comfortable and stylish and I think it will be very popular with our fans."

Lesley Callaghan, SAFC's marketing and commercial director, added: "The away shirt is always a popular choice with supporters for their summer holidays so we are delighted that our new change strip will launch in early July.

"As always we would urge supporters wherever possible to consider buying their shirts from official club stores as by doing so they will benefit the club and the team directly."

*In compliance with gambling legislation, baby, infant and junior-sized shirts will not carry the tombola logo.

I don't think it's a bad shirt at all.
But since Italy is wearing brown shorts now, this lime green details maybe too much. But with white shorts, it would look ok.
I actually like it. It's different.

Nott bad idea, but as your collegue, the green you choose isn't the same of Italian flag.
Then, as you use the flag color white and green for kappa logo you have to use red color on the bottom row, don't u.
anyway great idea
B R A V O
