Derby County will ‘Wear It Pink’ during the 2020/21 season after launching their new Umbro third kit earlier today, to coincide with Breast Cancer Awareness Month and help raise awareness and funds for a worthy cause.

Projecting and amplifying the design of an old Derby shirt pattern has helped create a bold new third shirt with a  beetroot purple back body and sleeves with Black rib cuffs and tipping to the collar.

The shirt has a stylized two-colour V neckline, raised rubber effect crest, stacked diamond, dropped back hem and official licensed label to the side seam.

It’s definitely not a nice kit but, when put in context with the fact that it’s to raise awareness and funds for
Cancer research, then anyone voting ‘hall of shame’ is an idiot

Absolutely disgusting ? The pink is awful.

It’s to raise awareness for abreast Cancer you pleb! It’s raising money for something that effects 1in 7 women in the UK and some men...

Wow! Beautiful Shirt!! Plus £5 of every shirt sale goes to help Brest Cancer. Great idea!!! Why don't all clubs do something like that?

Same colour as Wayne Rooney’s face after he’s been puffing round the midfield for 2 minutes.

Jay have you seen the beetroot faced has been scoring a worldy at Norwich. Jealousy is such an ugly thing. Re the shirt, watch it fly off the shelves. Big respect for Derby donating well over 10% of adults shirt sales to Cancer awareness charity. Proud to be a Derby fan on and off the field.

Anyone voting hall of shame is either an idiot or a Forest fan! (Not much difference)

A football shirt raising awareness and money for Breast Cancer Research is something I’m hugely proud of!

The vote is for the design of the shirt not what it is raising money for..... and as a football shirt it is a horrendous example which will hopefully raise lots of money for a great cause.

Commendable though the premise behind the shirt is, it is still awful. Have a pink shirt by all means but there is no need to make it so ugly. Just far too busy.

Brilliant, I've bought one!

I’m a Forest fan and I think that both the shirt and the charity are excellent.More club’s should follow Derby on this and make the third kid a charitable cause.I’m even going to buy one ?
