Nike launched the England 2020 Away kit

England’s away is presented in head-to-toe blue, with both the shirt and shorts emphasizing togetherness through an all-over graphic.

The shirt features another nod to ’90s jersey design with a fold-down collar, fastened by a button inscribed with the words “We are Lions/We are England.” The jersey is enlivened by bright red side stripes, a Swoosh and crest.

@PNH This is the second time England have ditched the red away kit. Remember Euro 96 when they went for Indigo Blue? At the time I was thinking, had they stuck with red shirts, white shorts and red socks they would've beaten Germany in that semi-final. No doubt about it.

Awful...looks like a top from a badly designed England ‘leisure’ range that would be on offer in sports retailers!

@Rich Totally agree mate but the other problem is that some numpty at the FA agrees to these abominations. We could have any kit manufacturer in the World and at some point one of these prats would say "just for a change, let's have a silver away kit with pink and green tonal qualities!

This looks like a Nike polo shirt with a england badge. England flag is red and white that's why home shirt white and away is red not blue . I'm not impressed.

Awful effort you can only just about make out the Star indicating the WC win. Surely should have been red?

Don't mind this. Please can we play away against teams who play in white for every single game during the lifespan of the home shirt?

@David L Just checked and England have had a blue away shirt five times in all plus a one off blue shirt against Peru in the fifties!

@David L Actually their away kit in 1996 was all grey, inspired by Man Utd's away strip. Lol!!!
