Liverpool 2020-21 Nike Home Kit

wasn't the tealadded by adidas when it used the colour for their new adidas equipment range and logo as opposed to the older stuff under the adidas trefoil logo..and fsr added it to lfc's kit.
No Liverpool fan but I'd go with the early 80s livery as opposed to the above

Its ordinary and simple. Which is good
..but, just like Barca black, the overlap on the back of the collar looks terrible..
If it wasny team, i don't think i would buy it

Will sell plenty of these in Swindon, Kent and other plastic fan areas....

@Sir trevor I reckon they'd use this colour rather replicate the LFC kits of late 70s and early 80s .
I doubt theyd replicate there success either ... rumours Klopp will be off to Real Madrid this season

Not sure what the teal is about. If Liverpool need a 3rd accent colour then make it yellow at least and always prefer Liverpool home kit with a yellow/gold badge.

The teal almost makes me think of those awful Liverpool kits in the 90s when green for some reason became one of their colours.

I’m a Liverpool supporter but this is just generic muck at least NB and before Warrior offered a somewhat unique home kit .. also major issue having to pay £100 plus for the players edition jersey that comes with a cheap iron on crest at least Nike should have put the Liver bird sticker onto both editions of the jersey .. as for Nike reaching regions that NB can not , that must be the depths of cheap made kit and the depths of people’s pockets .. may sound like a rant but how much is too much for a piece of kit made in Thailand for less than a score :( ... won’t be wasting my cash on it , I’ll stay retro ( peace people )

I actually like the teal details. The backward collar is unfortunate (in this shirt and any other that implements it) but that's just Nike trying to be "innovative". Anyway, this is a great shirt.

Im surprised they havent embroided the Premier League trophy or Jordan Henderson for the most sidewards passes in the league into the background or put a gold star on it

Don't like the teal & the collar at the back. If you put it on backwards, it still look right or is it to confuse the opposition, so they don't know if they are coming or going? The rest of it is good.

I was expecting something a little more 'bespoke' to be honest. Has a whiff of 'sports direct' about it.

It would have been nicer if the teal line was thinner (and gold rather than teal ideally), and I think the stripe down the side should have been the same colour as the shirt (like you see with several other Nike kits like Brazil and PSG). I know the teal is supposed to evoke the colour of the Liver bird statues atop the Liver Building (the same reason the official club crest uses the colour) but it makes the kit hark back to that early 90s era when the club were on a downward spiral. I'm sure it will sell in huge numbers though because of the team's current successful profile and the fact that Nike can reach places where New Balance struggled.

It's nice, like the simplicity, but it's still a template...
