This is the newly released Olympique de Marseille Third kit by Puma.
The 2020-21 secondary change design - with greater priority in “l’OM”’s Uefa Champions League campaign - is in shades of blue, rendered as swirl-cum-ripple concentric circles, with horizontal breaks, apparently emanating from the famous crest - again deploying a painted brush stroke effect which is so ubiquitous across several manufacturers.

Said crest, along with the Puma logo s and “Marseille” detail on the back of the collar, is in a luminous tone of lime green.
The primary sponsor is entirely in white - after a campaign to keep Uber Eats’ green branding off l’OM shirts, ironically - and the shorts and socks are in matching shades of blue with lime green detailing.
