This is the newly launched, 2020-21 Club Atlético River Plate Away shirt by adidas.
In virtually every way, the design is a classic, understated River Plate Home shirt - the crucial difference being that the adidas chest logo, the adidas stripes on the shoulders, the instantly recognisable full colour crest and the red diagonal sash all sit on a rich “Power Red” rather than white base.
The Turkish Airlines primary sponsorship logo and that of lower back sponsor Assist Card appear in white with black outlining while other partner branding - and the “El Más Grande” detail on the upper back - directly contrasts in white.
Completing the Argentine giants’ tradition-honouring kit are white shorts and red socks.
