AFC Wimbledon 2020-21 Puma Home Kit

AFC Wimbledon revealed their new Home kit for the 20/21 season.

Created by AFC Wimbledon supporter Marc Jones, the new strip tells a proud story without looking like it’s come from a by-gone era.

If you look really closely, you’ll notice there are nine shadow stripes – which refers to the fact that it took the club nine years to get back into the Football League. The stripes themselves run in a South-West direction – a nod to the club's new postcode: SW19.

The words “Back to Plough Lane” are printed across the back of the shirt.

@Adam I did read the description above . Basically it's the same shirt design as Swindon ,Barnsley ,Oxford and others Puma supply . Believe what you like about the 9 stripes running South-West . It's a template kit and that's a fact Bro !!!

@Wilemie What are you talking about ? That's a standard Puma template the same as many other clubs . Looks OK but hardly any design to it .

Yeah, not bad, looks pretty smart. Slightly different to other Puma EFL template shirts this season so at least they've made an effort.
Got a soft spot for the Wombles, well run club and what their fans have done in a just few years is pretty impressive.

@Adam tbh the socalled bespoke kit design by some long suffering Wimbledon fan sounds more like someform of witchcraft...

All kits are basically the same and have been since the get go .in the 70s...
All the rest is marketing spiel lapped who by unsuspecting minds.

@Rob none of the teams you list has the different collar, the angled stripes or a message on the back…so other than the specific things they have said we changed for Wimbledon….yes it’s a template
