Uruguayan football giants Club Nacional de Football have unveiled their new Home shirt.
Umbro’s design for the Montevideo-based domestic champions is in white with a jacquard shadow pattern.
The trim consists of red and blue cuffs, with a thick shoulder-and-sleeve stripe in a textured, washed-out tone of each colour, and the crest appears in the full palette.
This, meaning “winning mystique” and actually stylised as “MÍS71CA GANADORA”, celebrates the 40th anniversaries of Nacional’s first Copa Interamericana, Copa Libertadores and Intercontinental Cup wins in 1971.
The side will wear the shirt with blue shorts and socks as first choice.
