In 2020, Seattle Sounders FC’s Home kit features wave elements that not only respect the water from the Puget Sound, but also acknowledges the wave in their historical Sounders logos.
The Seattle Sounders’ crest features two stars this season: a permanent silver star commemorating the 2016 MLS Cup Championship, as well as a larger gold star located above the silver star in recognition of their status as defending champions following the 2019 MLS Cup title.
The three stripes on the shoulder are an ode to the league’s 25th season and its growth in the past quarter century. The Cascadia flag on the neckline and Washington insignia on the jock tag represent that we are here to stay, etched in this region’s lore for eternity.
