adidas have revealed a special edition shirt for Japanese J1 League side Yokohama F·Marinos - part of a new “Anchor Collection”.
The new design extracts the anchor element from the famous side’s club badge and deploys it as the crest on a black shirt that has textured horizontal stripes in shades of blue on the front.
All embellishment beyond this, including the adidas branding, is in white for contrast.

The nautically themed shirt - the textured stripes are to denote waves on water - also includes the seagulls from the crest near the hem and will be worn, when called upon, with black shorts and red socks.
